Sturdy and safely built expedition sailingyacht with an abundance of space and comfort onboard. She was completed in 2008. Despite of her size she can be sailed single handed as the current owner also did. She has very good accommodations for various purposes, either family cruising or as a business venture exploring the regions other yachts cannot enter.

Aluminium expidition sailingyacht Ricochet 1750 Explorer, commissioned in 2008, dim.: 18,00 (lwl 15.00) x 5,00 x 2,30 mtr, built by Almaz Russia and Yachtconsulting AG, Switzerland, headway: 25 mtrs, heavy duty aluminium hull (6-8 mm Almg 5.0) hull painted in bleu, cove and boot stripes on pictures are artist impressions , class one Ice certificates for polar conditions, aluminium decks and superstructure, teakdeck, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder.
Displacement: approx. 24 tonnes, ballast: 8 tons (lead)
Insulation: styrofoam (100mm below waterline + 40-100mm above waterline)
Fueltanks: 4 x total 1500 ltrs + 300 ltrs spare
Freshwatertanks: 340 ltrs (polythelene) with Katadyn MROD80-E 80 ltr/hr watermaker
Sumptank: 215 ltrs with deck extraction and electric pump out

Contemporary interior with four cabins, salon and pilothouse. Two guestcabins forward with ensuited uw toilet and showers. Further forward a guest cabin with bunkberths, aft a single cabin. Sleeps total 8 persons, headroom: 1,90 - 2,00 mtrs. 3 x shower-washbasin and toilets (electric and vacuum).
The salon with U-shaped settee and galley are situated aft of the pilothouse. Heating provided by Wallas 40D and Wallas 85DP heaters.
