Steel sailingyacht Van de Stadt 38 type Seal (stern lengthened), built in 1990 by Damen Shipyards, Netherlands, dim.: 11,40 (lwl 9,00) x 3,46 x 2,20 mtrs, mastheight above waterline: approx. 17 mtrs, steel hull and deck, stainless steel superstructure, teakdecks (new applied 2002), roundbilged hull (painted in 2001), fin keel, balanced rudder, displacement: approx. 10 tonnes, ballast: 3,3 tonnes (lead), fueltank: 300 ltrs (+100 ltrs daytank), freshwatertanks: 2 x 300 ltrs (steel), sumptank: no, Whitlock Constellation mechanical wheelsteering with electronic rudder angle indicator.
Classic teak interior (yard built), 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2 with leeboards) berths, headroom: 1,95 - 2,00 mtrs, 1 x Jabsco uw-toilet with washbasin, Force 10 Cabinheater (calorgas, to be serviced), central heating system via Whisper Gen 2002, galley: electric waterpressure system (new Flojet pump 2009), boiler hot water system (via Whisper Gen), Techimpex three burner gasstove and oven, Vitrifrigo 60 ltr fridge/freezer (new compressor 2008).
