Broker's comments

This is a unique opportunity to acquire a flawless example of the most recent addition to the Grand Banks Aleutian line, the 53 RP. Like all Aleutians, this is a raised pilot house design with portuguese bridge and huge central master cabin. The spacious forward deck with settee and the protected companionways all around give the boat its "ship" appearance. The planing hull allows high speeds when desired.

The three-cabin design provides ample accomodation. The Master Suite has its own staircase from the Salon, and includes a large bathroom with ample shower stall. It has access to the Utility Room with a small desk/computer station, ample storage lockers and a Bosch washer/dryer.
