GRP sailing yacht Contest 48 CS, "Maxxina", built in 1999, building number 48123, dim.: 14.75 (lwl 12,40) x 4.25 x 1.80 m., designed by Dick Zaal and Georg Nissen, GRP hull in Flag Blue Awlgrip with white and gold striping, fixed sprayhood with new windows, rubrail with stainless steel strip, displacement approx. 18,300 kg, ballast approx. 6,500 kg, teak deck and teak in the cockpit, 3 large opening Gebo hatches in the foreward deck, and one in the aft deck, 3 opening ports in the cockpit and 6 fixed and 1 opening port in the hull, fuel capacity approx. 500 liters, water capacity approx. 750 liters, water- and fueltank meters, sumptanks, Whitlock pedestal with mechanical steering, leather clothed, emergency tiller.

Classic/teak interior with 3 cabins layout giving a total of 6 berths, headroom approx. 1,90 m, foreward a double V-berth with ampel storage above aft and under the bed, starboard foreward a guestcabin with two singles one over the other and storage under the bed, in the aft of the boat is a large ownerscabin with lots of storage, a queen size central bed and ensuite head with seperate shower, a coran washtop with integrated washbowl, 2 large lockers and an electric toilet, port foreward is the guest head with also a seperate shower, worktop with washbowl and a manual toilet, to starboard in the saloon is a large U-sofa an opposite to port the navigator seat facing foreward, all upholstery in blue alcantara, aft of the navigatorsstation in the passageway is the large galley with corean worktops, a double s.s. sink, waterpressure with filtersystem, and lots of lockers, Domestic equipment includes a Webasto heating DW 90, a 35 liter boiler heated by both 220 V, compressordriven refrigerator with 3 drawers and a seperate freezing unit, electric 3-burner stove with oven, Siemens microwave, second deep freezer, Candy washingmachine.

Perkins type M135 6 cylinder diesel with 135 hp, hydraulic gearbox, Saval firefightsystem in engineroom, cruising speed approx. 7.5 knots, meters for engine temp, oilpressure, Separ double filtersystem, Debugfilter, Maxprop 3-bladed propellor 22, Sleipner 24 V, bowthruster giving 15 hp, Fisher Panda (5,5 kW) generator with 440 hours, batteries: 5 x 100 Ah for 400 Ah, 12 V powersystems and 1 x 100 Ah for 12 Volt start 12 and 24 V DC and 220 V AC, Victron Pallas battery charger 220 V (12 V/50 Ah), Victron inverter/batterycharger (12 V/50 Ah/220 V) Alternator: 12 V,90 Ah, shore power 220 V AC with cable earthbreaker and fuses, DCC 4000 battery watch.
