NINETY-TWO has had the same owner and captain since new. Last repainted in 2001, and engines rebuilt in 2004 and 2006 by CAT agent. Crew mess area also has full cooking facilities.

Cheoy Lee 92 Motor Yacht, built in 1992 by Cheoy Lee Shipyards in Hong Kong, designed by Tom Fexas, styling and interior design by Victor Tebar, LOA 28.45m (93'4"), beam 6.43m (21'1), draft 1.68m (5'6), GRP hull and superstructure, teak laid decks, displacement at full load 73 tons, 13,000 litres (2,863 Imp gallons) fuel capacity, 2,000 litres (440 Imp gallons) water capacity, 2,000 litres (440 Imp gallons) holding tank capacity in two tanks.
Teak interior joinery with satin finish, cream leather upholstery, light brown carpeting.
Accommodation for eight guests in four double cabins. Full width master stateroom on main deck level with centreline double bed, ensuite showerroom and separate wc. On lower deck, double bedded VIP guest cabin with ensuite wc/showerroom and own staircase down from saloon. Third staircase down to double bedded guest cabin and twin bedded guest cabin, each with ensuite wc/showerrooms. Engineroom access.
Large wheelhouse with two side doors and access to expansive crew area with mess, laundry and full cooking facilities. Separate crew area with Captain's double cabin and twin crew cabin, sharing bathroom.

Twin Caterpillar 3412 TA 1,080 hp diesels, engine hours 3,500 (7.11), maximum speed approx. 18 knots, cruising speed 12 knots, range 850 nm, consumption 220 litres (48.5 Imp gallons) per hour at 12 knots, direct drive, hydraulic stabilizer system (presently inoperational).
380/220/24/12v electric systems, two Westerbeke 25 kw generators, approx. 13,000 hours (10.10), Westerbeke 6 kw generator, approx. 1,000 engine hours (10.10), Mastervolt battery charging system, inverter to run SeaTel and computer.
Brookes & Gatehouse depth and speed/log instruments, Furuno FAP55 autopilot, Furuno 48 mile radar, PC system for navigation, weather station, Skanti SSB radio, Sailor RT2047 VHF radio, Silva S10 VHF radio with DSC.
