Steel cutter yacht "Amber", built in 1976 by Boterman in Zwolle - Holland, design by P.A. Hammer, dim.: 14,18 m x 4,37 m x 1,50 m, headway: 3,25 m (without mast), steel hull, superstructure and deck, the complete yacht outside is painted/varnished in 2001 (invoice available), hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, round bilged hull, displacement: 28 tonnes, ballast: 4 tonnes (steel + concrete), fuel tank: 1.000 litres (steel), fresh water tank: 1.000 litres (steel), waste tank (not connected), extremely strong built hydraulic wheel steering in- and outside + joy stick outside.
Classic teak interior, wheelhouse, galley with dinette, two cabins, 4 (+1) berths, headroom: 1,80/2,00 m, toilet room with electric toilet (just outside), separate bathroom with washbowl and shower, Heat poll diesel heating with radiators, hot water through boiler (on engine/220V), electric water pressure system, galley sink, refrigerator with small freeze compartment, four burner gas stove with oven and Whirepool microwave.
DAF 1160 195 hp diesel engine of 1976 - overhauled - placed in 1989, Twin Disc M4509 gearbox, Morse engine control system, closed cooling system with dry outlet, cruising speed: approx. 7 knots, maximum speed: approx. 9 knots, four bladed bronze propeller, propeller shaft s/s - greased lubricated, hydraulic bowthruster, 4x fire extinguishers, gas detector, deck wash, 1x electric + 1x manual bilge pump, electric circuit: 24V/220V, four batteries of 120 amp, Yanmar 3 kW generator, shore power, Mastervolt battery charger and invertor.
Raymarine ST40 compass with repeater on bridge '03, Navico DC200 echosounder + log, Sailor RT2048 VHF with Atis, Shipmate RS5700 GPS, rudder indicator, JVC stereo with CD player, Samsung T.V.
Oregon pine mast, fittings s/s, standing rig s/s, Dacron steady sail, search light, deck crane s/s, hydraulic windlass, pool anchor with 50 m. anchor chain, bilge keels, boarding ladder, massive searailing of steel, two wipers, clear view, barometer and 2x clock.
