Steel classic sailing yacht Van de Stadt Tulla II "Tulla", built in 1962/1963 by Van Dam in Oudewetering - Holland, design by E.G. van de Stadt, dim.: Loa 12,51 m (Lwl 9,20 m) x 3,30 m x 1,65 m, hull: steel, deck: teak on plywood (recent replaced), superstructure: mahogany, glass windows in cupper/bronze framing, S-shaped dark green hull, fin keel, displacement: approx. 9,54 tonnes, ballast: 3,7 tonnes (lead), fuel tank: 130 litres (steel), fresh water tanks: 1x 200 + 1x 150 litres (steel), sump tank: 45 litres (steel), tiller steering.

Classic mahogany interior, saloon + front cabin + large pilot berth, 5/6 berths, headroom: approx. 2,20 m, head with manual under water toilet (in waste tank or just outside), Webasto Airtop 3500 heating, water pressure system by foot pump, galley with sink, Engel fridge (50 litres) and a Tailor 030 stove.

Yanmar 4JH3E 4 cylinder 54 hp diesel engine of 2001, Newage PRM hydraulic gear box - reduction: 2,4:1, consumption: approx 2,5/3 litres per hour, cruising speed: 6 knots @ 2.700 Rpm, three bladed Maxprop - propeller shaft s.s. - greased lubricated, two fire extinguishers (must be checked), one electric and two manual bilge pumps, electric circuit: 12V, batteries: 1x 90 Ah of 2001 + two with a total of 420 Ah of 2003 + 2x 120 Ah, alternator of 80 Ah with electric switch, shore power with earth leakage breaker, Victron Pallas TG 50 Ah battery charger, Victron Phoenix 150 W inverter, Victron BMV 350 battery monitor (not 100%).
