Steel sailing yacht Carena 40 "Brave Hein", dim.: Loa 11.90 m (Lwl 9.10m ) x 3.90 m x 1.85 m, built in 1980 by Porsius in Zaandam in Holland, designed by H. Lemstra, steel hull and superstructure, teak on wooden deck, teak on cockpit benches (2006), white S-shaped hull with blue striping, hull and superstructure painted in 2007, anti-fouling in 2007, displacement: approx. 12 tonnes, fresh water capacity: approx. 400 litres, fuel capacity approx. 300 litres + a day tank of 18 litres, steering wheel (chain), emergency tiller.


Classic teak interior, saloon, large front and aft cabin, total 5 berths, interior + floors varnished in 2006, headroom: approx. 1.90/2.00 m, marine head with wash bowl, Baby Blake toilet (valve- replaced in 2007), Webasto HL32D heating - serviced in 2007, hot water through boiler - runs on engine and 220 Volt, electric water pressure system, galley with Corean worktop and double stainless steel sink, three burner stainless steel gas stove with oven (2006), Whirlpool combi microwave (not mounted).
