The North Wind 40 is an "old-school strong" solidly built yacht, designed for ultra long distance cruising, featuring a safe mid-cockpit layout. The by a small crew easy-to-handle ketch sail plan ensures excellent sailing performance in both light and heavy weather conditions. Her cosy classic mahogany interior is remarkably spacious and offers plenty of living space and, not to be forgotten, ample storage. With a new engine installed in 2007 and new sails from 2019, she is a very attractive option for a couple or small family looking to live on board with a decent, limited budget.
