GRP sailing yacht Conrad/Atlantic 40 ''Sensus'', built in 1992 by Atlantic Yard in Poland, dim.: 12.00 x 4.04 x 2.00 m., headway; approx. 19,5 mtr, design by INA Gdansk, teak deck (needs work), grp superstructure with new plexiglass windows (2002) and several new Lewmar deckhatches (2002), white round bilged hull (some blistering) with light blue striping , fin keel, displacement 8.8 tonnes, ballast approx 3,5 tonnes, fuel tank 200 ltr (s.s.), water tank approx 400 ltr., sump tank 150 ltr. for black water, mechanical wheel steering with a stainless steel leather covered steering wheel, emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, the aftcabin can accommodate up to 4 persons (or just 2) + 2 persons in forward cabin and 1 person in the saloon makes total 7 berths, good headroom throughout 1,90 mtr, 2 x u.w.toilets and shower, galley: electric waterpressure system and salt water footpump, boilet hot water system (220v/engine), 12v compressor fridge, Spitzner 3-burner gasstove with oven.
