Showing better performance under sails and easier to maneuver, this German Frers designed Hallberg Rassy set the pace for the whole new series by Rassy. "Sahra" comes well equipped, maintained and has all the goodies one needs for comfortable safe cruising.

GRP sailing yacht HALLBERG RASSY 36 Scandinavia ''Sahra', built in 1993, building number 213, dim.: 10.87 (lwl 8,72) x 3.55 x 1.65 m, built by Hallberg Rassy in Ellos in Sweden, designed by German Frers, headway approx. 15.50 m, teak deck and teak in cockpit, round-bilged white hull with blue striping, displacement approx. 7.5 tones, ballast approx. 3.4 tones (lead), fuel capacity approx. 330 liter in stainless steel tank, water capacity approx. 350 liter in stainless steel tank, Whitlock mechanical wheel steering (leather covered), emergency tiller.
Mahogany interior with teak floor, 2 cabins each with a double berth and lots of storage space, saloon: 2 sofas each of them can be used as a berth making a total of 6 berths, headroom in the saloon approx. 1.95 m, in the forepeak is a head with a manual toilet, shower with separate electric drain pump, a washbasin and a opening porthole, Webasto HL32 ducted air heating system, boiler hot water sytem (220V/engine), electric water pressure-system, the galley is situated on starboard side with a compressor refrigerator, a 2-burner gas stove with oven, a deep double sink, lots of locker space, on the portside close to the passage leading to the aft cabin is the navigation table.
Volvo Penta MD22P, 42kW, 57 hp, mechanical gearbox, consumption approx. 3.5 ltr./hr., speed approx. 6.5 knots, 3-bladed fixed propeller, stainless steel propeller shaft, electric bilge pump and manual bilge pump in the cockpit, electric bow thruster, electric circuit 12/220 V, bow thruster, 1x starter battery (new), 2x service batteries (new), shore power including cable and earth breaker, 12 Volt battery charger.
White star pedestal compass, Autohelm ST50 VDO speed, depth and wind meter, Skanti Leisure 1000P VHF with Atis, Autohelm ST6000 autopilot, Furuno 1835 Radar, Navtex Furuno FAX 207 printer, Shipmate CP30 plotter, Blaupunkt radio.
Fixed cockpit windows made of security glass in aluminum frames, winter cover, spray hood with zipper for extendable cockpit cover, life raft Plastimo 4 person (needs check), lifebuoy with line, electric windlass, CQR 20,5kg anchor with 40 m of 8 mm galvanized chain, cockpit table, fenders.
Sloop-rigged, Selden deck stepped mast with 2 sets of spreaders, furling mainsail, furling genoa sail system with cover, blister, 2x Lewmar 16 ST halyard winch on the mast with 2 stoppers, 2x Lewmar 30 ST furling system winch, 2x Lewmar 48 ST sheet winches, Selden boomvang, spinnaker boom stowed to the mast, 2 dorades.
