GRP sailing yacht Beneteau Oceanis 44CC, built in 1994 by Beneteau, France, designed by Bruce Farr, dim: 13.40 (lwl 11.20) x 4.25 x 1.75m., GRP hull, superstructure and deck tead with teak, round bilged hull, fin keel, displacement: 12 tonnes, fueltank: 360 ltrs., fresh water tank: 660 ltrs, mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Classic interior, 3 cabins and saloon, 6 berths, 2 x Par manual u.w. toilet, 1 x shower, 1 x shower / bath Webasto AT5000 diesel ducted air heating, , boiler hot water system (220v + engine), galley with electric/manual waterpressure system, Eno three burner gasstove with oven, Frigomatic 12 fridge, Moulinex microwave, extractor. The interior has been designed to respond to all your needs. The light and ventilation reinforce this feeling of well-being. The precious woods with warm hues elegantly underline the space in the salon. When it comes to the galley in the large well-ventilated passageway, the large aft owner's cabin is astonishingly spacious with central bed and shower/bath. This is one of the advantages of a center cockpit.
