The Hallberg Rassy 312 is a very popular model, built during 1979 - 1993. Totally 690 boats were built. 485 units were built of the MK I version. Until 1986 the HR 312 MK I was built, with the windows in the blue stripe in the hull. Constructed with high grade materials. Her warm and cosy interior provides lots of comfort. The owner has kept her in good condition during the years. Still very much in demand.

Hallberg Rassy 312 MKI, "Njord", built in 1983 by Hallberg Rassy Varv in Sweden, dim.: 9.42 (lwl 7,70) x 3.08 x 1.62 mtrs, design by Christoph Rassy & Olle Enderlein, built to Lloyds specifications, headway approx. 13,50 mtrs, grp hull and superstructure, teak deck, hardened glass windows in aluminium framing, S-shaped hull, displacement approx. 4.5 tonnes, ballast approx. 2 tonnes cast iron, fuel tank: 70 litres (stainless steel), fresh water tank: 100 litres (stainless steel), 30 litres black watertank (stainless steel), tiller steering.
Classic mahogany interior, front cabin saloon and quarter berth, 2 (+3) berths, head room approx. 1.85 m, 1x manual toilet, Technautic diesel heating, water feet pomp, galley: Eno 3-burner gasstove with oven, L-shaped bench, single sink, Supercool 12V fridge, crockery.
