Algemeen
GRP sailing yacht Grand Soleil 45, dim: 13,94 x 4,14 x 1,70 m. Designed by German Frers and build by Cantiere del Pardo (Grand Soleil). Saloon and 3 cabins. Large owners cabin with double bed aft. Total of 6 berths and 2 bathrooms. Hull had a epoxy treatment. Teak deck and teak interior. Wing keel which largely extends the sailing area. Water capacity 400 ltr, diesel capacity 200 ltr, 2 sump tanks.
Classic teak interior, 3 cabins, foreward cabin with a double, large overhead deckhatch and several large lockers, port foreward cabin two single berths one over the other with ampel lockerspace, aft cabin with a Queen size bed in the middle and hughe storeage space, aft head for the ownerscabin with shower, washbasin and a manual ITT toilet, foreward head with shower, washbasin and a manual ITT toilet, making 6 berths plus 1 in the saloon is total 7 berhts, saloon with a U-sofa and white upholstry, headroom approx. 1.90 m, the galley is place on the starboardside with large worktop, a double stainless steel sink, waterpressure system with a manual footpump for saltwater, hot water system via a 15 ltr. boiler heated by engine and 220 Volt, a 3-burner gas stove with oven, Frigoboat 12 Volt compressor-driven refrigerator, extractor, and crockery.
Yanmar 4 cylinder 62,53 hp, indirect cooling system, mechanical gearbox, stainless steel propeller shaft with 3 bladed Maxprop folding propeller. 1 electric and 2 manual bilge pumps. Electric circuit 12/220 volt. 2 x 105 A light batteries and 1 starter battery.
Hot water boiler (19 L, 2008) on engine and 220V. Victron Phoenix Multi compact 12/1200-50 (2005) battery charger/inverter.
