The Hallberg Rassy 312 Mk II Scandinavia is a very popular model, built during 1979 - 1993. Totally 690 boats were built. 485 units were built of the MK I version. From 1986 the HR 312 MK II was built, with the windows in the superstructure instead of the hull. Constructed with high grade materials. Her warm and cosy interior provides lots of comfort. Since the owner has bought a bigger yacht with us we can now offer this very well maintained yacht.

Hallberg Rassy 312 Mk II Scandinavia "Syn sin", built in 1988 by Hallberg Rassy Varv in Sweden, dim.: 9.42 (lwl 7.70 m) x 3.08 x 1.62 mtrs, design by Christoph Rassy & Olle Enderlein, built to German Lloyds specifications, headway approx. 14,70 mtrs, grp hull, deck and superstructure, teak decks, toughened glass windows in aluminium framing, S-shaped hull, semi full bilged keel, displacement: 4.9 tonnes, ballast: 2.2 tonnes, fuel tank: 110 litres (grp), fresh water tank: 120 litres (grp), tiller steering.
Classic mahogany interior, saloon + front cabin and pilot berth, 3 (+2) berths, new matrasses (extra thick) 2003, carpet, head room approx. 1.82 m, 1x u.w. toilet, Trumatic diesel hot air heating, galley with electrical water pressure system, boiler hot water system (engine and shorepower), 12v fridge with compressor, three burner gasstove with oven.
