GRP sailing yacht Hunter 460 "Ursus", built in 2000 by Hunter Marine, Florida - USA. Dim.: Loa 14,10 m (Lwl 12,10 m) x 4,27 m x 1,68 m, headway: approx. 20,80 m. GRP hull, superstructure and deck. Round bilged hull, wing keel. Displacement: 12,15 tonnes. Ballast: 4,275 tonnes. Fuel tank capacity: 278 litres. Fresh water capacity: 5 separate anks of 150 litres each (total 750 litres). Sump tank capacity: 2 separate tanks of 150 litres (total 300 litres). Wheelsteering.

Modern interior, saloon + two cabins in front and two cabins aft, 8 (+2) berths, 2+1 heads. Webasto Air Top 5000 heating system. Pressurized water system, hot water trough a 40 litres boiler; heated by as well a heat-exchanger connected to the engine cooling system as by the 220V shore power. Cosy saloon with an U-shaped settee on port side surrounding a good-sized dining table. To centerline is a bench seat for the dining table. Opposite the dinette are two fixed seats with a convertible cocktail table between. Bordeaux red upholstery. There is plenty of storage in main saloon with lockers located beneath the settees and shelving above to outboard. L-shaped galley with a Force 10 three burner gas stove with oven (piso must be checked), Origo micro wave, a huge dual opening refrigerator, Grunert freezer. Lot of storage space and majority of work space. Another work unit is centre lined which contains the twin stainless steel sinks and more storage. All covered with a Corian countertop. Well equipped forward facing navigation station with seat to the chart table and storage unites above and beneath. Forward two cabins with own marine head; wash bowl, shower and toilet; 1x manual + 1x vacuum. The teak wooden wall between the two forward cabins can be removed to create a master cabin with a queen-sized island berth. The aft heads unit is situated aft of the navigation station and can be entered from the main saloon and the owners aft cabin; wash bowl, vacuum toilet and a separate shower room. The aft port cabin has a big two persons berth. The aft starboard cabin has an even bigger two persons berth and is used as the owner’s cabin. Overhead hatches and side ports allow for plenty of light and ventilation. Stereo radio/ CD-player, 6 speakers.

Yanmar 4JH3-TE 4 cylinder 75 hp diesel engine of 2000, propeller shaft of stainless steel, fixed propeller. Cruising speed: 6,5 knots at 2200/2400 RPM, maximum speed: 9 knots. Electric circuit: 12V/220V. Batteries: 1x engine + 1x bow thruster + 2x service with parallel switch. Battery charger (alternator upgraded), Heart inverter shore power cord. The 220V wiring is prepared for a generator and for air-conditioning system (generator + airco not available). Solar panels. Bow thruster. Bilge pump. Three fire extinguishers + fire blanket.

Compass, Raytheon ST60 speed and distance log, echo sounder, wind set: direction + speed indicator, tridata multi display. Raystar 114 Differential GPS. E80 full function chart plotter. Raytheon 4kW Radome radar with an Ultra Brigth Sunlight Viewable Color Display of 2008 (can easy be extended for digital fishfinder and/or on board video system). With the True Heading AIS-CTRX Class B CS transponder (2008) you can watch other AIS equipped ships and they can see you. A dual station Simrad DS82 VHF with DSC (2007). Raytheon ST7000 autopilot plus control unit with type 100/300 course computer, S100 wireless remote control unit, Fluxgate compass, rudder reference transducer. DSC Pacific antenna system. Navtex (battery must be replaced). The touch screen connected to the PC is integrated with a Raytheon E80 navigation system.

Extendable sprayhood, bimini (2007), electric anchor winch (2008), anchor, 60 m anchor chain of 10 mm. Aluminium gang way (2008), bathing platform, boarding ladder. Radar reflector, safety buoy, Martec EPIRB (2008). 6 persons RFD Seasave plus life raft. Two ventilated gas lockers with two propane tanks.

Sloop rigged, Selden aluminium deck stepped two spreader mast, Selden aluminum boom, head sail furling system, Dutchman system for easy dropping of the main sail. Sails: battened main sail (Maxx-Carbon-Voyager-24 Sails of 2006), genaker III (Maxx-Carbon-Voyager-24 Sails of 2007), furling genoa, storm jib, Asymmetric spinnaker (ATS) including special pulleys.
