Steel sailingyacht Puffin 50 "De Vrijheid", built 2002, dim.: 18,35 (lwl 14,95) x 5,05 x 1,37/2,95 m, headway approx. 23,5 m, built by De Gier en Bezaan Yachtbuilders BV, The Netherlands, designed by Olivier F. van Meer, Enkhuizen, The Netherlands, teak deck, steel superstructure and hull, hardened glass windows, round-bilged hull, centre board, displacement approx. 34 ton, ballast approx. 8 ton (lead), fuel capacity approx. 2 x 580 ltr (steel tanks), water capacity approx. 2 x 625 ltr (steel tanks), sump capacity approx. 500 ltr (steel tank), hydraulic wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Classic mahogany and teak interior with varnished and white painted surfaces, 3 cabins, 6 fixed berths, 2 in the saloon and 1 extra childberth, forward is the owner's cabin with a large offset double berth to starboard, flanked by shelves and lockers, to port is an enclosed shower locker and an enclosed head with sink is opposite, aft is the galley to starboard with settee and entertainment area opposite, the centerboard trunk separates these areas and is incorporated into the galley, next aft are two double staterooms; one port, one starboard, the port stateroom has an ensuite head with shower, the salon is next aft with a wonderful C-shaped settee to port and nav area to starboard, the nav station has a quarter berth aft, the big settee has a drop-down table that converts to a double berth, the main companionway is to starboard, there is a second companionway that opens up to port, opening the salon to the cockpit area, egineroom access is under the salon sole, headway approx. 1,90 m, 2 x manual toilet, 2 x shower, 1 x Dickinson diesel heating, airco in 3 cabins plus in the salon, Force 10 4-burner stove with oven and grill, microwave on 220V, electric and manual (foot) waterpressure system, 60 ltr boiler on 220V and motor, gasdetector, refrigerator 220V, deep-freezer 220V, extractor, dishwasher, washingmachine, crockery.
