Steel sailingyacht Dick Zaal 40 "Red Runner", built in 1996 by Mekon Shipyard, The Netherlands, dim.: 12,20 x 4,00 x 1,85 mtr, headway above wline: 20,50 mtr, design by Dick Zaal, windows/portholes in aluminium frames, roundbilged hull, fin keel, balanced spade rudder in skeg, displacement: 15 tonnes, ballast: 4,2 tonnes (lead), fueltank: 400 ltrs (steel), freshwatertank: 900 ltrs (steel), sumptank: 200 ltrs, mechanical wheelsteering, emergency tiller.
Classic yard built teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+2) berths, headroom 2+ mtrs, saloon with two opposite settees, 1 x u.w.toilet and shower, Webasto diesel ducted hot air heating, galley: electric waterpressure system, Techimpex three burner gasstove with oven, Isotherm 12v fridge.
