Steel motor yacht Valkkruiser "Casa Maris", built in 1988 by Gijs van der Valk in Sprang Capelle - Holland. Dim.: 17,50 m x 4.80 m x 1.40 m. Maximum headway: approx. 5.60 m - minimum headway: approx. 3.15 m. Steel hull, superstructure and deck. Teak deck - poor maintenance; still the original deck, which due to her age could be in need of replacement. Multi chine hull. Single glass windows in aluminium framing, double glass windows in aluminium framing in wheelhouse. Displacement: approx. 35 tonnes. Fuel tank: approx. 1.500 liters (steel tanks). Fresh water tank: 600 liters (stainless steel tank). Hydraulic wheel steering.

Teak interior, wheelhouse, saloon, galley/dinette, front cabin, very large owners cabin aft with bathroom en-suite, 2+2 berths, headroom: approx. 2,05 m. Kabola radiator heating, pressurized water system, hot water through Kabola. Frigoline air-condition system. Wheelhouse with steering position. Large saloon with leather settee and fauteuil. Galley on port side with sink, refrigerator 220V, Siemens electric stove 24V/220V (four burners), Bosch piccolo dish washer. Miele washing machine. Large dinette on starboard side.
