A beautiful example of Beneteaus Pinninfarina styled first 45 F 5 line, famous for her stunning performance combined with luxury and design details. New sails and just had a full polish job on the outside. Privately used and for sale due to change of plans the owner. Hardly used for the last few years. She can be inspected in our salesmarina in Hindeloopen where she can be found on the hard.

GRP sailing yacht " Yvarland", typ: Beneteau First 45F5, buildingnumber 64, built in 1990, dim.: 14,20 m (lw.13,90) x 4,25 m x 2,15 m, built bij Beneteau France, designed by Bruce Farr and styled by Pinninfarina, interior layout version FOC-ACC-1B, GRP hull, decks and superstructures, teak inlay in the cockpit, white round-bilged hull with green striping, deep cast iron fin keel, displacement approx. 10,5 tonnes, ballast approx. 3,8 tonnes, approx 10 Goyot opening ports and windows fitted in aluminium frames, fuel tank approx. 155 liters in a stainless steel tank, water capacity approx. 610 liters in 5 seperate watertanks.
Cherrywood interior with lots of aluminium details, 3 cabins each with a double makes 6 berths, foreward a seperate sailstorage accessed from the deck, directly after that is the owners head with manual toilet a washbowl and a shower, aft of that is the owners cabin with large double to starboard and ampel storage and seating to port, both port and starboard aft are 2 mirrored double cabins with ampel storage and ventilation, the saloon to starboard with U-sofa and single sofa in the middle, both in blue clothing, to port is the large galley facing port with marble worktop, double sink, large 12 Volt refrigerator with added cooling storage and the 3-burner gas cooker with oven, hot water via a boiler heated by both main engine and 220 Volt, directly aft of the galley is the second head also with manual toilet, washbowl and shower, waterpressure system, hot air heating system, headroom in the saloon approx 2,00 m and in the cabins close to 2,00 m.
Perkins 60 hp (44 kw) diesel from 1990, 2-bladed propeller, stainless steel propeller shaft, bilge pump (manual and two automatically), 3x 160 Volt battery from 2002, shore power, battery charger, invertor.
