GRP motor sailer Ferretti Altura 422, built in 1978 by Ferretti Groupe Italy, dim.: 12,75 m (Lwl 10,80m ) x 3,80 m x 1,85 m, headway: approx. 17,50 m, GRP hull, deck and superstructure (hull professional painted), hardened glass windows in aluminium framing (aft window will be repaired), opening portholes in cabins (one needs replacing), full bilged hull and keel, displacement: approx. 13,5 tonnes, ballast: 4,2 tonnes, fuel tank: 2 x 500 ltrs (s.s.), freshwater tank: 1.060 ltrs in 4 tanks (s.s.), Seipen hydraulic wheel steering in- and outside, emergency tiller.

Classic interior, deck saloon/wheelhouse + three cabins, 6 berths, headroom: 1,93 m, two marine heads with wash bowl, shower and u.w. toilet, dinette, Eberspächer D5L diesel ducted air heater, galley: Eno three burner gas stove with oven, electric water pressure system, Engel 12v fridge, boiler hot water system (220v/coolingwater engine to be connected, 2004), coffee broiler, crockery.
