Hunter Passage 450 Orion, launched in 1999, built by Hunter Marine Corporation - Florida USA, hull number: HUN45146F798, dim.: Loa 14.05 m (Lwl 12.09 m) x 4.27 m x 1.68 m, headway: 19.20 m, design by Warren Luhrs and Hunter Marine design, GRP hull and superstructure, teak deck and teak (needs some weork) in cockpit, anti-fouling (recent), windows in aluminium framing (Lewmar), round bilged hull, wing keel, displacement: approx. 11,794 tonnes, ballast: 4,313 tonnes, fuel tank: 387 litres, fresh water tank: 750 litres, waste tank: 190 litres, Whitlock pedestal wheel steering with mechanical linkage, single lever engine control, wheel brake, lighted compass and pedestal guard, emergency tiller.

Modern teak interior, saloon + two large cabins, 4 (+2) berths, new upholstery (2009). Headroom: approx. 1.98 m, 1x Webasto 5000, air conditioning system (not used since 2009). Large owners cabin aft with a queen-size mattress (2009) in the master berth with a huge amount of hanging lockers and shelving provide great storage. The combination shower and bathtub lie behind the custom shower door and the desk is perfect for the mobile executive. Separate toilet room aft. Guest stateroom with a full-size double berth and a full set of drawers and hanging lockers plus a private head with shower. Galley: Corian countertops, double S/S/ sinks, Grunert duel opening refrigerator, freezer (both 2009), 4-burner gimballed gas stove with oven (cardanic - thermal saved), separate gas locker. Electrical water pressure system.

Volvo Penta TMD22 78 hp diesel engine (RPM meter defect), propeller shaft S/S - water lubricated (2012), three bladed propeller, Volvo 10 hp electric bow thruster, two fire extinguishers, automatic bilge pump, electric circuit: 12v/220v, shore power (earth breaker), Victron inverter/battery charger (2009). 2x 200 amp. service battery, 1x engine start battery, 1x generator start battery, 6 kW generator.

Ritchie magnetic compass, Autohelm echo sounder + log, Northstar 931X GPS, Raymarine VHF, Coursemaster 750 autopilot (usable but no display), Sony stereo with CD-player with speakers in cockpit, Raymarine W125 plotter at the helm, AIS Active transmitter and receiver.

Sprayhood (2009), bimini top-blue sunbrella incl. sides (2009), cockpit cushions, stainless steel bow and stern pulpits - pulpit with two teak wooden seats, integral fender racks, folding cockpit table, RFD Seadaver plus 6 persons life raft, Horizon 1500 electric windlass, boarding ladder, bathing platform, deck shower (warm+cold), two wired sea railing, Time tech digital clock and barometer, RF tech digital clock and barometer, fenders and mooring lines.

Top rig, Z-spars aluminium double spreader mast, inner fore stay, in mast furling. Sails: main sail + jib ('03) + storm jib - (15m2 - '01). Winches: 1x Lewmar 44 electric self tailing halyard winch + 1x Lewmar 44 two speed rigging winch + 2x Lewmar 44 two speed self tailing jib sheet winches. Sail cover, boom vang, spi pole.
