She provides for ample comfort below decks as well as on deck with a good clean deck layout and deep cockpit. GRP sailingyacht Victoire 1044 "Maesjager", built in 1987 by Jachtwerf Victoire BV, The Netherlands, dim.: 10,44 (lwl 8,35) x 3,25 x 1,87 mtrs, design by Dick Koopmans Sr, headway: 15,75 mtr, grp hull, deck and superstructure, windows in aluminium frames, roundbilged hull, fin keel, skeg hung rudder, displacement: 5,58 tonnes, ballast: 2,75 tonnes (cast iron), fueltank: 60 ltrs, freshwatertank: 2 x 150 ltrs (s.s.), tiller steering (with tiller extension).

Classic hand crafted teak interior, 2 cabins and saloon, 4(+3) berths, dinette, headroom: 1,88 mtr, 1 x u.w.toilet and washbasin forward, Wallas 2400 petroleum hot ducted air heater, galley with double s.s. sinks, footpump waterpressure system, Optimus three burner gasstove with oven, Isotherm 12v fridge. Ample stowagespace in cupboards and aft lazarette.

Volvo Penta 2003 28 hp (21kW) diesel engine, installed in 1987, direct coolingsystem, Volvo Penta 120S Saildrive (seal needs replacing), Volvo Penta three bladed folding propeller (2005), cruisingspeed approx. 6 knots, consumption approx. 2,5 ltr/hr, manual and electric bilgepumps, 12/220v electrical system, Mastervolt 15amp automatic batterycharger, two batteries.

Silva compass, Navman Multi 3100 log and echosounder (2005), Navman windset (2005, Icom ICM-59 VHF (with Atis), Autohelm 2000 autopilot, Philips Mk8 GPS (cockpit repeater defect),

Sloop-rigged, Proctor white coated aluminium mast with s.s. standing rigging, Heino Haase genoa furler, 3 sails: full batten main (Van Vliet 1995) / bi-radial furling genoa (Van Vliet 1995) / furling high aspect jib ( Van Vliet 2002), tackle boomvang, slab reefing for main, mechanical backstay adjuster, covers for genoa and mainsail, 2 x Barient 27 selftailing sheetwinches, 2 x halyard winches, spi-pole, isolated backstay.
