Broker's comments

The yacht was built in 1979 by a famous Swedish boatbuilder, Thore Larsson, in the town of Kungsviken on the island of Orust. The Koster 38 is a modern Koster design, built in wood. The hull is extremely strong and the boat is extremely seaworthy, for its size. From 1979 to 2009 the boat was kept on the west coast of Sweden and since 2010 it has been kept in Latvia on the west coast of the Gulf of Riga. Practically all of the original wood is in place and in excellent condition. Since 2010 the boat has been fully renovated (sails, electronics)
