GRP sailing yacht HALLBERG RASSY 42 KETCH, "Akka", built in 1981, dim.: 12.93 (10.50) x 3.78 x 2.00 m, built by Hallberg Rassy in Sweden, designed by Olle Enderlein, building number 11, built to Lloyds specifications, delivered with a Hull Construction Certificate, white round-bilged GRP hull with "Hallberg Rassy" dark blue striping, GRP superstructure, teak deck (2001), teak on the superstructure and teak in the cockpit, 4 deckhatches and 5 dorades for ventilation and natural light, displacement approx. 11.500 kg, ballast approx. 4.700 kg, fuel capacity approx. 400 liter in 2 tanks, water capacity approx. 728 liter, black water sump tank for the aft and foreward toilets, hardened glass windows, wheel steering, emergency tiller.
Classic mahogany interior, 2 cabins, 8 berths possible, foreward a V-shaped berth and directly behind to port a small head with washbowl, manual toilet and a shower, opposite of the head are 2 large lockers, in the aft the ownerscabin a double berth to starboard and a single berth to port, ensuite head with manual toilet aft, washbowl and a shower, passageway to port with large entrance to the engineroom and 3 large lockers to the side, saloon port foreward a L-shaped sofa and to starboard a sofa, port aft towards the passageway is the charttable facing foreward and starboard aft is the L-shaped galley partly under the entrance. The galley has 3 burner gasstove with oven, waterpressure, footpump for sweet water, refrigerator with 2 seperate 12 Volt Coolmatic R12 type 60-1260 refrigeration units, Eberspächer D4l hot air heating (1998), hot water via a 40 liter boiler heated by both main engine and 220 Volt AC, crockery.

Ketch-rigged aluminium deck-stepped masts, main mast has 2 sets of spreaders, mizzen has a single set of spreaders, Reckman furling headsail system, full-battened mainsail (1994), mizzen, furling genoa (2001), storm jib, boomvang, spiboom, insulated backstay, mainsail cover, winches: all Lewmar winches,2 x type 55 2-speed selftailing primerys and 6 x halyard winches on the masts.
