GRP sailing yacht; Bavaria 44-4 "Nexell", built in 2004 by Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH in Germany, J&J design, dim.: Loa 13,95 m (Lwl 11,45 m) x 4,25 m, height of the mast above waterline: approx. 18,64 m. GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak on seat thwarts and cockpit floor. 6 Hatches to open and 10 side windows to open. Round bilged hull, cast iron keel in modern lateral profile. Streamlined rudder with fore balance. Rudder stock with self-adjusting pendulum bearings. Steering pedestal with integrated single lever engine control. Two steering wheels with leather cover, emergency tiller. Displacement: approx. 9,6 tonnes, ballast: approx. 3 tonnes. Fresh water capacity: 360 litres, water lever indicator, Diesel tank with approx. 210 litres content, fuel level indicator. Holding tank aft - disposal via seacock.

Classic mahogany interior, saloon + four cabins, 8 (+2) berths, two marine heads. Electric pressure water pump with pump filter. Warm water supply from engine cooling circuit, water heater - approx. 20 litres, hot water through 12/220V. Diesel heating with outlets in all the cabins. Saloon with comfortable U-shaped settee. luxuriously styled saloon table, sideboards with stowage space and lockers. Chart table with large compartment for nautical charts and navigation instruments. Chart table seat with stowage for tools. Galley; two sinks of stainless steel, cooker with two burners and oven - half cardanic, insulated cooling box with electrical refrigeration unit 12 V, stowage with drawers and drop doors. Two marine heads with easy-care synthetic surfaces, pump toilet, shower with electric shower water-disposal pump with pump filter.

Volvo Penta D 2-55 - 55 hp (41 kW) diesel engine with sail drive, dual circuit cooling. Operating hours counter, Rev counter. Sea water filter, diesel filter. Bow thruster Electric system: Automatic fuses with control lamps. Shore supply 230V with facility for battery charger. Batteries; start: 1x 55 Ah + service: 3x 140 Ah. 230 V-socket at switch board, galley and marine head aft. 12V-socket at switch board, Volt meter. Electric and manual bilge pump.

Compass, Tridata; log, speed meter and echo sounder, wind set, VHF (no Atis), GPS, plotter, ST6001 autopilot. Weather station, stereo with CD player with extra speaker in cockpit.
