"Isis" built in 1990 by Cenmarine in South Africa to the highest standards and under Dutch supervision and under licence of Baltic Yachts. Refitted in '03/'04; hull, mast and superstructure new paint job, interior varnished, new leather upholstery + mattresses and partly new electronics. She offers you three separate cabins in addition to the main salon, a large luxurious "bathroom", a proper navigation station, well functioning pantry and ample locker space. Little used wich shows in her nice kept interiour. she is looking for a new owner that will give her some love and care.

GRP sailing yacht, Ron Holland 465 "Isis", built in 1990 by Cenmarine Ltd - South Africa. Design: Ron Holland. Dim.: Loa 14,32 m (Lwl 11,45 m) x 4,30 m x 2,59 m. GRP hull, superstructure and deck, teak deck (wich needs replacement). Hull and superstructure sprayed in 2003. Lewmar portholes and hatches, perpex windows. Round bilged hull, fin keel. Displacement: approx. 11 tonnes. Fuel tank + day tank of stainless steel. Fresh water tank of stainless steel - renewed in 2004. Wheel steering, emergency tiller.

Teak interior, saloon + three cabins + two heads, 6 (+2) berths, headroom saloon 1,87 m. Webasto diesel heating ('04), electric water pressure system, hot water through boiler. Saloon with U-shaped dinette, interior refurbished with leather and Neptune mattresses, interior new varnished in 2004. Galley with double stainless steel sink, fridge, MobiLife three burner gas stove with oven (one burner must be replaced/and burner of the oven must be replaced), microwave. Two marine heads each with wash bowl and manual under water toilet, one with shower. Forward: two cabins; one with double berth + one with two bunk berths. Aft: large owners cabin with ensuite bathroom.

Perkins 4.108 - 48 hp diesel engine of 1990, intercooling system, consumption: approx. 3 litres per hour, cruising speed: approx. 9 knots, maximum speed: approx. 10 knots, Max prop - two bladed folding propeller, propeller shaft stainless steel, manual bilge pump, fire extinguisher. Electric circuit: 12V/220V, one start + two service batteries, Tecpro battery charger, Victron inverter, shore power with earth leakage breaker. Tachometer, engine hour counter, oil-pressure gauge, temperature gauge.
