GRP sailing yacht HALLBERG RASSY 49, "Tina Princess" built in 1987, building number 45, dim.: 14.96 m (lwl 12.50 m) x 4.42 m x 2.20 m, built by Hallberg Rassy Varvet AB in Sweden, designed by Christoph Rassy and Olle Enderlein, Lloyds certificate, teak on 35 mm GRP polyvinyl filled sandwich deck, GRP hardtop, ivory white GRP superstructure, teak in the cockpit, long keel white S-shaped hull with "Hallberg Rassy" blue striping both on the hull and the superstructure, displacement approx. 18 tons, ballast approx. 8,1 tons of moulded lead completely protected in GRP, integrated rubbing strake, 6 large opening skylights, 12 opening portholes in the hull, 2 x stainless steel fuel tanks with a total capacity of 768 ltr., watertank capacity 1400 ltr., 2 x black watertanks for toilets, mechanical steering. emergency tiller.
Classic teak interior, 3 cabins plus saloon, 7-9 berths, headroom approx. 1.95 m, 2x manual toilet , 2x shower, Eberspacher D7L hot air heating system, hot water boiler heated by both engine and 220 Volt AC, waterpressure system, Blue Wave NRO 1200 OM watermaker (last serviced in 1999 so needs check up), Isotherm refrigerator (1999), Frigomatic deep freeze, 2nd coolbox (defect) 2-burner gas stove with oven, crockery, Electrolux microwave.
